We collect minimal information to provide our service.

- Name and email (if you create an account)
- Course progress and quiz scores
- Profile preferences
b) Information collected automatically:
- Page views and session duration (via Google Analytics — anonymised)
- Browser type and device type (for optimisation)
- Country / region (for localisation)
- We do NOT collect IP addresses in identifiable form
How We Use Information
We use your information to:
- Save and sync your learning progress across devices
- Generate your course completion certificates
- Show you relevant course recommendations
- Send optional email updates (only if opted in)
- Improve the platform based on usage patterns
We NEVER:

CodSod uses:

CodSod uses these external services:
- YouTube: video lesson hosting (YouTube's own privacy policy applies)
- Google Analytics: anonymised usage statistics
- Vercel: hosting and edge network (GDPR compliant)
- Google Fonts: typography (no personal data shared)
- Piston API: code execution in the playground (no code is stored permanently)
Data Storage
- Account data is stored securely in encrypted databases
- Servers are located in India and Singapore
- We retain your data as long as your account is active
- You can request full deletion at any time (see Section 6)
Your Rights
You have the right to:

CodSod is designed to be safe for students of all ages, including minors.
- We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13
- No behavioural advertising is shown to any user
- Parents can request deletion of a minor's account by emailing hello@codsod.com

We may update this policy periodically. When we make significant changes:
- We will update the "Last updated" date above
- Registered users will be notified by email
- Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance
